Our Champagne House was founded in 1957 and is a small, family-run business now in its third generation. Our winery is situated in Dizy, just 2 miles outside of Epernay in the Vallée de la Marne (Marne Valley), in the heart of the Champagne region.  We cultivate on about 10 acres of vineyards, which are classified as “Premier cru“, all three varieties of grapes permitted for the production of Champagne: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

We have the status of a “Récoltant Manipulant“, which means that the whole production process – from cultivating the grapes to the finished bottle – is done by ourselves which ensures a high quality of our Champagne. Our ambition is to retain traditional production methods such as the riddling of the bottles and the disgorging (taking out the yeast of the bottles) by hand.

Also the small production quantity of 25,000 bottles per year underlines its exclusiveness and our philosophy to put emphasis on quality instead of quantity. This, in combination with a moderate price, has brought us a significant number of repeat customers. Please come and visit us. We are happy to explain the champagne making process and share our experience and passion with you!
